Refund Policy

Tandem Flight Training Experience

⁠If weather conditions force the cancellation of your paragliding booking due to safety reasons and you are unable to reschedule there will be no booking and administration fee charged to process refunds.
•⁠ ⁠In the event of a “no show” or cancellation within 24 hours of the confirmed booking date, a 100% cancellation fee may be applied.
•⁠ ⁠Due to weather conditions and weather phenomena, flight durations are variable and cannot be guaranteed.  The weather could also cause delays, postponement, rescheduling, and canceling of the activity due to safety reasons at the discretion of Square1Paragliding its owners, pilots or management team.
•⁠ ⁠The owners and management of Square1Paragliding cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property.
•⁠ ⁠All clients must sign an indemnity before the activity takes place.
•⁠ ⁠All delayed, postponed, or rescheduled flights can be rescheduled free of charge for 12 months
•⁠ ⁠Refunds are processed with the payfast payment platform and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to reflect – If it is still not showing please notify us at info@square1paragliding.co.za
